THE BRIGADOON BUNCH!

We are excited to announce that Brigadoon has been chosen as one of 25 charities to participate in the "Charity Challenge" with the Blue Nose Marathon May 15-17th this year! Participants can choose to run (or walk) any of the available distances (see below), and raise a minimum of $10 to become a part of our team: The Brigadoon Bunch!

Becoming part of the “Bunch” will allow you to get fit, have fun and be eligible for special rewards for your fundraising efforts. Don't let the thought of completing an event like this scare you- you'll have the Bunch to help you through training and offer support! There is no better feeling than accomplishing a goal like this, and doing it for a cause you believe in makes it even more special! As part of the Bunch, the top 10 fundraisers will receive a free registration! All other team members will receive the early-bird discount no matter when they join the team!

In addition to fundraising rewards and reduced registration fees, team members will also receive a Blue Nose technical t-shirt (adults), (participants in the youth run will receive a Brigadoon tee), access to a free online training program from the Running Room, and access to a personal fundraising webpage which will make collecting pledges a breeze!

Camp Guts and Glory is open to children and youth throughout the Maritimes living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. It is the first camp in Canada serving this population.
