From the very beginning, we knew Brigadoon would involve bringing together individuals and organizations from across the spectrum of health care, education, business, not-for-profit and design. Camp Guts and Glory is open to children and youth throughout the Maritimes living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. It is the first camp in Canada serving this population.
